Bartlett Mountain Loop – March 24, 2026

Verna Stoddard is leading a snowshoe hike. Meeting at the Community National Bank in Island Pond, leaving for trailhead at 9am. Parking is limited at trailhead so we will carpool if possible. Snowshoes required, also bring water, snacks, and warm layers. Also recommend spikes and water proof clothing in case of ice and/or rain. 
This is a 4 mile loop hike with 328 feet of elevation gain. The hike will be flexible for length and duration, this could be decided by the group the day of based on comfort level.

Dogs are welcome.

Join us in East Burke, VT for an early Spring activity at Dashney Nordic Center at 9AM, where you can choose to ski or snowshoe. After, if you choose (around 11AM), purchase lunch at Cafe Lotti (pre-order suggested),  and attend our annual Spring Meeting (at noon), where we will be electing members to our executive committee.
